Hello,

Attention: Appropriate Expatriate,

Presently, we have a mandate to commence expansion on our numerous projects, we urge you to answer the questions below and forward your most current CV/Resume to our HR Department for further screening and consideration for employment.
Best Regards,
Dr. M.S.
I am a dentist from Albania (East Europe) working as a cosmetic dentist in Turkey.
Please can you consider my question, is it fake or not?

If there is a physical face-to-face interview without the requirement of any payment especially to a travel agent, then it is not fake.
Sending your CV will not cause any harm. Just don't mail your original degree.
Also, if you plan to work in the UAE, please have your original degree notarized by a notary and legalized by the UAE embassy in your country. Once you come to the UAE, then it should be further attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
