Q: Dear Sir/Madam, Form F was signed between the seller and the buyer; however, the seller did not proceed with the transaction, resulting in its failure. The contract stipulates that if the seller breaches the deal without reason, they are obliged to pay a fine of 10%. Can I, as the buyer, take legal action?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I hired a rental car, and it was involved in an accident. I`m a new license holder. However, the accident was caused by my colleague and was registered under his license, with an ARC report generated (minor scratches only). I canceled the Ejari for my tenant after he subleased my apartment. Can I file a case?
Q: I am a landlord. I gave my apartment to a guy who did not pay any rent and used my apartment for subleasing. I got so angry that I canceled the Ejari online on DLD and it got canceled easily.
