Taking legal action against false accusation of harassment and unlawful filming
Q: Hello, I was at the gym in my apartment building and had an argument with a woman about listening to music loudly, etc. The conversation became a bit heated. At the end, I was laughing at her because she was screaming, dancing, and making some moves. She was offended by this and grabbed her phone to start filming me. I kindly asked her to stop filming me as it is not allowed without my consent, but she ignored me. She then went to the security guard and complained about my behavior, stating that I was shouting at her and harassing her, which was untrue. The security guard could not find any evidence of wrongdoing on the video, but still gave me a warning, likely because they are from the same ethnicity. I am unsure if she has shared the video on social media and I want to know if there is a possibility of taking legal action.

Reporting illegal business practices in a company
Q: Dear sir/madam, My company is indulging in a bad practice which I think I need to report to the authorities. We are involved in the sale of FMCG (food and no food items). When products expire, we remove them for management. But to my surprise, I’ve realized that the management sends these expired products to their houses and gets the dates of the items changed. I have tried my best to avoid this but they keep bringing them which is very worrying. Secondly, they deliberately hire people on visit visas, they use them and when the visa expires, they release and dismiss them. This has been going on for a while now and I find it very disturbing. Many innocent colleagues have entered into overstay and absconding due to this. Moreover, workers here are made to work for more than 12hrs a day/6 days a week without overtime pay. Mother's reunification with daughters while there is a divorce process
Q: Hi, I am a Muslim mother of two daughters, aged 3 and 6. I am in the process of a divorce and my husband has taken my daughters away from me, despite my legal custody of them. I reached out to the authorities, but when I saw my daughters one month later, they refused to come with me. My husband and his childless aunt have manipulated them. Q: Hi We had a case against us by a bank for a loan (claim amount 236000.00 AED) for which we paid a legal fee of AED 25000.00 to the bank along with the outstanding claim amount as per judgment. Q: I have not received my salary for the last 3 months. Now I got a job offer from another company. Then, I mailed the resignation letter with a 1 month`s notice period. But as per my employment contract, the notice period is 3 months. 3 months` salary is already pending now. Do I have to give another 3 months` notice period?
