Is it possible to travel to GCC and work if you have a pending loan in the UAE?

I lost my job in 2009 when I was working in the UAE so I have an unpaid bank loan and credit cards outstanding.

So can I work and travel to other GCC countries?

Please advise.

The loan amount is less than AED 50000 but I guess its interest is calculated and may be a big amount.
