If we ask for consent, he will never give so it is a win-win situation for a false person & not for a true person in Dubai, where we can`t prove oral communication. This rule is a big win for those who are false orally & ignore you on email & WhatsApp.

Q: Hello, I have the impression that my owner will send me an eviction notice of 12 months if I do not accept to pay the rent increase he is asking for. The rent increase is not allowed as the rental index is less than what I am currently paying. In that case, it means I will need to move from the flat in 12 months. Is it right? Q: Hi, I bought a car yesterday. The seller advertised a car for 140k, running 73000 km. We bought it and later when I check VIN, it turned out to be a USA auction and a 256000 km driven car. Asking an employee to resign to get better entitlements

Q: Good afternoon, I have been working for a private big company for the past 17 years. This year, they have decided to put me in PIP (performance improvement) and they plan to fire me by end of November 2022. HR BP had advised me to resign and he will help to increase the notice period up to 2 months with full pay. In the meantime, I can look for another job. Q: Hello, I overstayed on a Sharjah visit visa and I applied for a fine reduction. My application got approved and I paid the fine and get updating paper from Sharjah immigration. After a few days, my fine is cleared from the system and I booked a ticket to go back to my country from Dubai, but Dubai immigration canceled my boarding pass and asked me to go back to Sharjah immigration and get outpass if I want to leave. I applied for outpass and traveled from Sharjah airport. Again, immigration stopped me and said that I am not cleared and that if I want to leave, I can not come again. I explained well and they stamped exit on my passport and asked me to go. Now, I am scared that I got banned or blacklisted. How can I check if I have a ban or restriction to enter the country again?

س: السلام عليكم، شكرًا مقدمًا لكم! رب عمل أنهى علاقة العمل تعسفًا وبدون إنذار العامل. تم هذا قبل انتهاء العقد بين الطرفين بيومين وقام بإلغاء إقامة العامل يومها لتسفيره. العامل اضطر لعمل تأشيرة زيارة ليصحح وضعه بالبلاد: لأنه بعد شهر من إلغاء الإقامة لا بد أن يغادر العامل وإلا أصبح مقيم غير شرعي. العامل وجد عمل بشركة أخرى وحصل على عقد عمل جديد مذكور فيه، ربما بسبب تأشيرة الزيارة، استقدام من خارج الدولة. رفع العامل قضية طالب ببدل تعسف وبدل إنذار وتذكرة سفر. رب العمل السابق حصل على صورة عقد العمل الجديد للعامل وغير معروفة الطريقة التي حصل بها على صورة العقد الجديد للعامل. قدم رب العمل صورة عقد العمل الجديد للمحكمة وادعى أن العامل وجد عملاً جديدًا ولا يستحق التذكرة. السؤال: هل حصول رب العمل السابق على صورة عقد العامل الجديد أمر شرعي أم غير شرعي؟ الواضح أنه تجسس وحصل على صورة العقد الجديد وقدمه بيده للمحكمة. هل للعامل أن يوجه سؤال للمحكمة بشأن كيفية حصول رب العمل على صورة عقد عمله الجديد؟ وشكرًا لكم! مع بالغ التحية وكل التقدير،
