مسؤولية مدير شركة عن الشيكات المحررة باسمه عند تعثر الشركة
س: السلام عليكم، أنا مدير وشريك فى مطعم سابقًا وتم الإخلاء الجبري لعدم دفع الإيجار والمالك يطالبني بدفع الإيجار المُستَحق حتى ميعاد الإخلاء بما يعادل 79000 درهم مع مصاريف المحكمة. وبحكم أنني مدير الشركة، فقد صدر ضدي قرار تعميم وضبط وإحضار، وبالتالي منع من السفر وقد سافر جميع الشركاء. فما موقفى القانونى حيث أنني لا أعمل وليس لدي مصدر دخل للتسوية؟ وكذلك فأنا أرغب في الحصول على وظيفة جديدة أتمكن بها من سداد الديون المستحقة عليّ، ولكن لا أستطيع في وجود هذه القضية. انصحني بالله عليك! ولكم جزيل الشكر والعرفان!

Civil case for defaulting on a bank loan after closing criminal case
Q: Good day to you!! I would like to ask for advice as I was detained due to a bounced cheque case filed by the bank. I have cleared my case and paid the fine in the Prosecutor Office. As per the police, don`t answer any call from the bank, however, the bank keeps sending emails saying that they will file a police case against me for not paying the loan and the credit card. The risk of returning back to the UAE after leaving on emergency
Q: Hello, I left the UAE 3 months back due to health emergency of my wife and I informed my employer also. My employer wants me to send the passport by courier so that he can cancel the visa and send the passport back to me. Bounced cheques and recovery of the money from a customer
Q: Hi, I had received cheques from my customer out of which I deposited 8 cheques in the bank last week and all of them got returned in 1 day. I am trying to call the owner and accountant of the company but they are not replying or answering my calls now. I know they are here in the UAE. So how should I proceed with the complaint and what do I do to recover my money? And as my total 8 cheques have returned, will it affect the customers` account? I had heard that if 4 cheques get returned the account is blocked.

Filing a case against employer for labour rights and illegal activities
Q: I am working here in Saif Zone Sharjah as a clerk. I am not getting my salary for the last 5 months, not even getting food allowance. I have resigned from my company and they promised to send me all the dues on the same date as per resignation but it`s not possible. They are taking signature on blank paper and blank debit voucher before joining. The same mistake I have committed also because they told me they need a signature on blank paper for visa purpose and they`ll return this paper after the visa is issued but they didn`t. I have all the evidence regarding all illegal activities which are being done by the company. They are torturing all staff and labours after taking signature on blank paper. If somebody resigns, they are typing settlement and all dues on the blank paper. Please guide me, I want to punish this type of people.May 5, 2019

Q: Dear sir, I am from India and I am doing software developer job in Bahrain; joined in Bahrain 18-03-2019. In the offer letter, they didn`t mention any deductions but in this month, i.e. April 2019, they deducted from my salary 1%. The following rule, in which year onwards was it implemented in Bahrain? Working on a visit visa and paying to issue employment visa
Q: Dear Madam, I am in a company in Fujaira, but the company didn`t sign any agreement with me. I asked them but there wasn`t any tangible answer. They did not even give me any letter that implicates that I am working in the company. I worked with the company two months after two months for my tourist visa to expire.
