Right of the husband to stop his wife from travelling abroad

Q: Hi, I need your help, please. My wife wants to travel abroad for studies but we are not financially able to cover the studies and accommodation cost. I don’t want her to go for the studies and I want to stop her. She is stubborn and she wanted to leave as I know it will make trouble for both of us and I don’t want to see her surviving abroad and we don’t have anyone there. She already got the visa and she is planning to travel soon. She even said if you stop me then I will leave you. I want to know my legal rights, please. I want to stop her and I want to keep her here in the UAE. Am I legally authorized to do so? I am just concerned that it will not be a problem for me if I will keep her here forcefully. Please let me know if I stop her forcefully, will it be acceptable as per the UAE law. Please let me know as I am so tense mentally and I am doing this for the sake of her betterment. Thanks

Child Custody & guardianship - I believe I will get the custody until age 11. Now I applied for the cancellation of my labour card, but MOL is asking for the sponsor to accept my cancellation. Still, I did not get my settlement. I got the judgement before 35 days. س: السلام عليكم، أنا موظفة إماراتية أعمل في شركة خاصة. تعرضت لمضايقات من زميلة في العمل عدة مرات، وعند توجهي لمسؤولي وإخباره عدة مرات يقول لي اصبري ولا يتخذ معها إجراء، وعندما تشتكي هي مني يتحدث معي. يوماً بعد يوم، زادت المضايقات وأخبروني أنهم سيأخذون لي حقي خلال أسبوعين ولم يفعلوا شيئًا. توجهت لوزارة العمل لتقديم شكوى وحل موضوعي. عندما عرف مديري قام بإرسال إنذار أول على الإيميل لأنني توجهت لمؤسسات حكومية وتقدمت بشكوى ضد موظفة. وقد رفع صوته عليّ وهددني أمام الموظفين قائلاً: "إنكِ تضرين نفسك" و"ممنوع تذهبي إلى الوزارة" و"ليس من حقكِ" و"سأتخذ فيك إجراء". بعدها بيوم قام بإجراء "إنهاء خدمة موظف" تجاهي والسبب، عدم اجتياز فترة التجربة ٦ أشهر. علمًا بأنه بعد ما اشتكيت في وزارة العمل قدم لي هذا الكتاب. عملت عندهم من تاريخ ٢/١/٢٠١٩ إلى ٢٦/٣/٢٠١٩. وكل يوم يتصلون بي من الشركة لأوقع على الإلغاء وأنا أريد أخذ حقي.
