New amendments to the UAE Labor Law

Dear Mr V.,
Please note the recent amendments to the UAE labour law through these ministerial decrees:-
1. Ministerial Decision No. 31 of 2018: to legally employ and visa sponsors part-time employees and permits those part-time workers to be employed by more than one UAE employer at any time.
2. Ministerial Decree No. (764) of 2015 [Ministry of Labour approved Standard Employment Contracts]: to create a standard employment contract as well as the conditions for amending the contract through the Ministry of Labour.
3. Ministerial Decree No. (765) of 2015 [Rules and Conditions for the Termination of Employment Relations]: to clarify the termination provisions for both unlimited and limited contracts.
4. Ministerial Decree No. (766) of 2015 [Rules and Conditions for granting a permit to a worker for employment by a new employer]: to clarify and expand the circumstances in which a worker cannot face a labour ban in the UAE.
