خطوات الحصول على المستحقات بعد كسب قضية عمالية

س: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، رفعت قضية من شهر 1 سنة 2020 ضد شركة كنت أعمل لديها ولي مستحقات بقيمة 7000 دينار أردني والحمد لله كسبت القضية في آخر شهر 7. لا أعرف ماذا سيحدث الآن، وكلما سألت المحامي، أخبرني مرة أنها في الترسيم ومرة أخرى أنها في التنفيذ ومرة أنهم يمكن أن يدفعوا ربع قانوني. أنا بصراحة أريد المبلغ كاملاً. هل يمكنني الاعترض؟ وكيف ذلك؟ وبالنسبة للحكم الذي صدر في شهر 7، هل يُعقل ألا يُنفَّذ الحكم حتى الآن؟ أرجو أن تجاوبوني بكل شيء بخصوص قضيتي! شكرًا لكم جميعًا!

Stopping former colleague's harassment

Q: Hi, I have an ongoing harassment issue with a former colleague. She created fake Facebook accounts and sent messages to my family and friends accusing me of adultery and threatening. At that time, I did not know who she was as all the accounts were fake, however, yesterday she sent a package to my family with a document of my photos, WhatsApp messages, and allegations against me. She also sent me abusive emails for months which included threats of defamation and threats against my family, but I did not reply. She bombarded my employer pretending to be my wife, requesting my HR records. I had to leave my jobs because of embarrassment. I decided to report her to the police, however, because of work commitments, I am in the UK and will only return in January. The police have advised me to return and file a case. I would like two services: 1. Send a cease and desist letter to the person harassing me to stop. 2. Represent me whilst I am abroad to pursue this case.

Terminating parents' property contract with a developer after their death

Q: My parents recently passed away and had invested in a property with a developer based in Dubai. The property is nearly complete and my parents had paid over 50%. However, I do not wish to keep the property and want to liquidate their stakes instead. I do not have the funds to pay for the remaining balance which is due imminently. I had requested a refund but the developer stated that it`s not possible as the development is over 80% completed, apparently its `in the law`. The development is yet to be completed. The developer has said that the only way I can liquidate is by changing the ownership of the property to myself, pay the remaining balance, and then try and sell the property. Is this true? Is there any way I can obtain a refund for my parents` investment? Greatly appreciate any advice!

Q: Hello, My husband and I left Dubai in April during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are now permanently in our home country in the UK. My husband is my sponsor. My husband`s visa expires middle of October. Q: I worked for a company in a Freezone in Dubai. I was relieved from employment by the end of April 2020 and my company paid my separation benefits by end of July 2020.
