The required procedures to issue a power of attorney
I want to prepare a Power of Attorney document to authorize a person to execute the following services on behalf of myself:
1. Executing legal deeds.
2. Property buying and selling transactions.
3. Tenancy contracts, maintenance contracts.
4. Any other real estate property related transactions.
Can you please advise the timeline to complete this POA, applicable legal fees, and government charges to be paid?

I would like to know where are you residing. If you are in Dubai, you can just go to the Notary Public and complete all this documentation.
You should choose the specific Power of Attorney for the Property and for these transactions.
However, if you are outside the country, you need to first do a Specific Power of Attorney and then you need to have it signed by any Notary of your country, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and UAE Embassy in your country.
