Revoking a power of attorney to a shareholder in an LLC Company
Q: 3 years ago, I agreed to sign my name to a trade license as a shareholding Managing Director. I did so as a favour to our group chairman. I have lost faith/control and I am worried about what is being done with my identity. All documents/operation are with the 2nd partner and local sponsor (51%). I am not active in the business neither do I know what is happening. I realize the high risk but agreed in trust, now with great regret. I signed a POA last year after leaving the country for another project. It was limited to 6 months which has since expired. How can I remove my name? The 2nd partner continues to use the sponsor`s availability (or lack thereof) as an excuse for why he cannot do so.

Proceeding with a labour case at the court for unpaid salaries
Q: Hi, I want to file a case against my last employer who has failed to settle my last 6 months` salary, and the settlement is approximately more than AED 100,000. I went to Tawafoq Center and registered my complaint. They tried to arrange a meeting, but my employer is not responding at all. So they transferred my complaint to the court and gave me the referral documents. Now, I don`t have enough money to hire a lawyer or pay any court fee. I don`t know the procedure too. كيفية إلغاء التوكيل من خارج الدولة
س: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، تحصلت على تأشيرة هجرة وغادرت البلاد على عجل ولم يتسنى لي أن أنهي كل أموري، فأعطيت وكالة لابن عمي وأخ زوجتي لبيع سيارتي وبيتي وأثاثي المنزلي، على أن يحول المبالغ المتحصلة إلى حسابي. مرت تسعة أشهر إلى الآن ولم أحصل على شيء، وهو يقول لي بأنه لم يجد أي مشترٍ بعد. أشك في ما يقوله وأخاف أن يكون في مرحلة تخطيط للاستيلاء على كل ممتلكاتي، فكيف يمكنني إبطال الوكالة؟ جزاكم الله خيراً.
