Criminal case by the employer and holding passport
Q: My employer suspended me from work because my employer filed an E-crime case against me. He told me my case is under police case and my passport was given to police already. But I`m sure that my passport is still with my employer. Can I still get my passport or wait for the police case to close? Can I still go out of the UAE while having the police case?

Claiming refund for delay in property handover after full payment
Q: I have bought three apartments in a project and the delivery date was in 2018. I have paid 100% and nothing is pending. The builders informed me that the delivery will be in July 2019 but now they are saying the end of Dec for one apartment and the rest in 2020. Checking possible cases after defaulting on bank obligations
Q: Hi I have defaulted with the bank and they bounced my cheque last 2017. I don`t know if I have a case, but last June 2019 my visa was renewed without any problem. Does that mean I don`t have any case or travel ban? Actually, I resigned now and will have my visa cancelled this coming Oct, 1st week. Replacing passport at the public prosecution with other guarantee
Q: My wife`s partner put up a complaint against my wife at the public prosecution. The public prosecution directed to collect statements and evidence. I had given to the company some money and only received half of it. After submitting all proofs and bank statements and cheque, the public prosecution ordered to open criminal case and added me into the case plus demanding to put the passport. I am a cabin crew and thus cannot keep my passport. is there any solution to close this case. Can I request the public prosecution that I deposit money as a guarantee and close this case and I file a civil case to reclaim my money so as to avoid losing my job or any other alternative?
