The UAE rules regarding the second marriage for an ex-pat
Hi,
I want to know the UAE rules regarding the second marriage for ex-pats.
I am a Pakistani national, already have a wife. Now I want to do second marriage in the UAE with a Syrian refugee girl. Can you please let me know the procedure involved in it?
Can I get my marriage registered in the UAE? And can I sponsor my second wife?
My employment visa in Sharjah.

Dear,
Both husband and wife should have a resident visa in the UAE and secondly, she should have permission from parents with 2 witnesses and a medical test.
You have to do all the procedures in Sharia court.
