Recovering an amount of money from a friend while having only his full name

Q: Dear sir/madam, I am from the UK and a friend borrowed money in the region of £50,000 (GBP) and moved away to Dubai for supposed heart operations. I have WhatsApp messages with them promising to pay me back but they have since blocked me and done credit card fraud in my name and sent the money to themselves in Dubai. 3 out of the 5 banks have concluded their investigations here in the UK and confirmed I was a victim of fraud. I am still waiting for the remaining 2 banks to conclude their investigations. In the meantime, I have lost my savings of £50,000 after helping a friend who claimed they needed money for Hospital Operations in UAE and bills, etc. I have bank statements to prove the money owed to me. Q: Hi, I started my job with my company on January 23, 2022. I worked at Expo 2020. After Expo 2020 got finished, they called me to their office on 5th April and terminated my contract. They gave me 14 days notice period which means 19th April was the last date of my job. But those days they didn`t give me any job. Although I got my calculation paper, I made a labor complaint about my 14 days notice period salary that they refused to give me. I have already talked to my legal advisor and the case will be in court within 14 days. But right now, I have already started another job. The visa status is changed from cancelation to a new employment visa. I have already completed my Tawjeeh and soon will get a visa stamp. So my question is: now my case will be in court, does it affect my current company to make my visa processing? س: السلام عليكم، زرت عيادة تجميل بتاريخ 26 مايو 2022 وطلبت من الدكتورة إجراء بسيط. الدكتورة أقنعتني بحقن ثلاث حقن في الوجه ووافقت حسب خبرتها، بعدما انبهرت بالسوشيال ميديا خاصتهم. بعد حوالي 3 أسابيع، ظهر ألم وتكتلات وحدث تشوه وتغيير بشكلي. أخدت موعد وذهبت اليوم التالي عند نفس العيادة وطلبت دكتورة أخرى لأني لم أكن مقتنعة بحقن 3 حقن وطبعًا ما عدت أثق فيها. رفضوا فطلبت تقرير بالمواد التي استخدمت ورفضوا أيضًا. انتظرت الدكتورة لمدة ساعتين وأعطتني كورتيزون. لم أقتنع ولم احتمل شكل وجهي بالتشوه، وذهبت لعيادة أخرى في نفس اليوم وبدأت العلاج لديهم وأخذت تقرير منهم. تواصلت مع العيادة الأولى لاسترداد الأموال وملأت استمارة الشكاوى لحين 07 أغسطس. أرسلوا إيميل بأنهم وافقوا على إجراء التذويب. خلال تلك الفترة الطويلة، كتبت تقييم لهم على جوجل وعلى الإنستغرام ونصحت الناس أن هدفهم تجاري لينتبهوا منهم وشرحت القصة. أمس تواصلوا معي يهددوني بالأمن الإلكتروني وأنهم نسخوا التقييم وسيرفعون قضية. هل يلزمني محامي؟ وهل شرح القصة جريمة؟ وهل يلزمني أن أحذف التقييم؟
