What can I do after I get a labor case judgement to get my dues and cancel my visa?
Q: Dear Professionals, My case in Dubai Courts is set for judgment. I have a few questions what will happen after the judgment? 1- How can I cancel my labor card and visa? 2- I have a fine on my labor card due to the non-renewal of my labor card by the company. So who will pay the fine? If I go to MOHRE for the cancellation of the labor card, will MOHRE ask me to pay a fine? 3- I came to know immigration department will not cancel my visa without my employer so please advise me on what to do if my employer does not agree to come to immigration for cancellation. 4- When can I apply for execution to get my dues (before labor/visa cancellation or after)? Q: Hello, I was in an RTA accident about a year ago, which resulted in a police case. I stayed in the hospital for a month and was then discharged. When I tried to go back home for recovery, I found out that there was a travel ban on my passport due to the pending case. The court ruling was to pay a fine, which I did. The case was closed and I came back home. I am now planning to go back to the UAE to work, and the company has sent my documents for security clearance. Will I be able to get a PCC?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I have an inquiry about my friend who was detained by immigration in Abu Dhabi and taken to CID. They said he is being investigated for a hit-and-run accident, but they are not providing much information. My friend gave his car to someone else to drive, and the driver was involved in a minor accident. Q: Dear All, Please advise me on this issue. Your help and guidance will be appreciated! I am writing to discuss the repayment of the loan amount that I owe. I was asked to pay an amount of AED 15,000. Unfortunately, my current financial situation does not allow me to pay this amount as I am going through a hardship. However, I am determined to fulfill my financial obligations as soon as I start working. I can currently afford to pay an amount of AED 1,000, which is the maximum amount I can allocate towards the repayment for now.
