Where to request NOC for a new job during labor case wait?

Q: Good day! I just want to ask a few questions. Where should I request an NOC so that I can work for another company while waiting for my case? I forgot to inform the judge yesterday. During my hearing yesterday, my previous employer did not attend. The judge informed me that he would issue his judgment after two days. What is the meaning of that judgment? Thank you in advance!

Is email eviction notice considered legally accepted notification?

Q: Hello, Landlord sent an eviction note by email asking to confirm it by email as well. I already confirmed by email that I received her email. It has been 12 months and she is claiming that she wants to move into the apartment. I read several threads; some say that her claim does stand as it is similar to registered mail, while others say it has to be an official registered mail. From common sense, the landlord did get a confirmation that the tenant acknowledges receipt of the intent of eviction. From a literal legal perspective, she did not use registered mail. I suspect that this situation is frequent and I would like your experience based on what is recently happening in courts, and not only an interpretation of the law, as the concern is that two judges might interpret this part of the law differently.

Can my former employer sue me for writing a bad review online?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I am looking for some advice. Twelve months ago, we hired a contractor to install a concrete pool. To date, we haven`t been able to use the pool due to a leak. They keep trying to "fix" it, but I have no confidence in them anymore. Last week, another contractor came to the villa to look at it testing some of the fittings that I thought could be the reason. He removed some of the fittings and gave me a gut-wrenching comment. The concrete used for the pool is, in his opinion, "not good." What course of action can I take now? Q: My wife and I went and saw a car at a dealership in the Sharjah car market. The dealer claimed the car had a very minor accident. We asked for some scratches to be fixed as a condition to buy, and he agreed. We paid 1000 dirhams and signed. later, he asked for another 4000. I transferred another 4000 online to him, so in total I paid 5000 Dirham, and sent him a note about the expectations, and he responded back with “agreed” on Whatsapp. A few days later he said the car is ready. We went but none of what we agreed on was done. He asked us to come back again on Monday. On my request, he sent this note on Whatsapp and agreed to refund the deposit on Monday if the car was still not ready. On Monday the car wasn`t ready. I asked for my refund as he agreed before but he refused. I asked for a receipt of my 4000 payments. He forged the document and added a note about the 4000 on the document that I already signed, to make that a non-refundable! Later I found the car also had a major accident and he distracted us.

The bank gave me a no-liability certificate but is very slow in withdrawing the case to get clearance from the court and submit it to the police station. How long normally takes if I wait for the bank to clear the case? Is this not the bank`s responsibility to give me clearance from both the court and the police station?
