Getting unpaid dues from the previous employer after two years
Dear Sir/Madam,
I resigned from my previous job for a better opportunity. However, I did not receive all of my dues. In order to not lose the new offer, I signed a labor cancellation paper stating that I had received all of my dues.
It has been two years since then, and my previous employer has not paid me my remaining salaries. (The clinic is located in Ajman.)
Can I file a case against my previous employer now? What is the procedure?
Dear Questioner,
You have already mentioned that you gave in writing that you received all dues. So, after your statement, it is difficult to get your dues.
