What kind of judgment can I expect for an 8-year-old forgery case in Dubai?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I was unaware of an 8-year-old forgery case filed under my name. I visited Dubai many times, but in January 2023, the police caught me. The case was transferred to the public prosecution in July 2023. What kind of judgment can I expect?

Will my UAE visa and labor card be canceled after 6-8 months out of country?

Q: Hi, I left the UAE on February 6th. I am on an employment visa in Dubai. The company has closed down, and the owner has gone back to his home country. Will my labor card be canceled automatically once I am outside the country for 6-8 months? Once my Dubai visa expires outside the country, can I re-enter on a new visa? Does the visa or labor card automatically get canceled if an employee is out of the country for 6-8 months and their visa also expires while outside the country? Or do I still need to cancel my labor card? PS: I learned that my labor card expired in 2021. So, will the labor card and visa still get canceled, or does someone have to come and do that? I do not want to file a salary case against the company, nor do I want any legal action. I am considering coming back on a new visa after my old visa gets canceled. I wanted to know if the old visa and labor card will get canceled automatically by then since I will be out of the country for 8 months and my visa will also expire while I am outside the country.

Q: Hello Mr. Abdul I`m looking for some advice on my situation with tenancy renewal. My apartment is in JVC. My current contract (40K) is with a real estate company and it is expiring on 31 Aug`23. I received a notification from the real estate company in May`23 about a renewal notice with a new cost (44k). I confirmed the renewal by email and they accepted it. Later in Jun`23, I got a notice saying that the flat is sold to an individual and I have to deal with him now. I tried contacting both the new owner and real estate company for the renewal confirmation and even after multiple follow-ups, there is no confirmation received on my renewal. I`m worried that the new owner comes back to me asking to leave because the contract is expired on 31st Aug or he comes back and say the new rent is not 44K and it is more or something. How can I claim unpaid salary and unused leave days held by employer after resignation?

Q: I joined an organization on 22nd March and decided to resign on 14 July with the intention to stay in the country and apply for another job. Based on the UAE labor law, I gave a notice period of one month. However, I was asked to work for 14 days from 14 July which means my last day will be 27th July. But the immigration officer advised me to clear my absconding with the employer first then go to pay or reduce the overstay fines which I`m completely not aware of. But my ex-employer refused to clear my absconding case and told me that they can`t do anything in this matter and were advised to take out a pass to exit the country.
