What to do if a judgment has been passed of an arrest warrant against me for rental cases?

I have three rental cases registered against me, the cases are rental disputes. Now I have to renew my work visa and a judgment has been passed as an arrest warrant.

It all happened during Covid 19. I am getting stable now and I am doing a full-time job but it would take some time to pay off.

What could be the best solution that allows me to stay at work and earn money to pay back?

Looking forward to your best advice, thanks indeed.

Here in this situation, we can make a request to the judge to reduce the default amount and request for easy payment options.

If the Judge is concerned, it can be approved. You may hire a lawyer for this.

If you want we can provide you the service.

Dear Client,

Thanks for your question, I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.

If you have rental cases with an arrest warrant, consult with us, and work on a repayment plan with your landlords.

Try to negotiate a settlement, clear your legal status, and prioritize repaying outstanding rent.

Once you make progress, consult immigration authorities about renewing your work visa.

For any further legal assistance, you can WhatsApp us. We have an extensive team of knowledgeable and experienced lawyers to provide the legal assistance you need.

We will definitely be happy to help you.

Thanks & Regards

It is better to stay at work and earn money to pay off your rental disputes is to negotiate with your landlord.

Try to reach a payment plan that is affordable for you and that your landlord is willing to accept.

Dear Inquirer,

Hope you are doing well!

Kindly note that you can submit a request for the rental dispute center to issue a letter for immigration to let you renew your visa.

Regarding the payments you can try to submit a request for an installment plan with e.g. 20% as initial payment and attach the receipt with your request to prove your intention to the judge that you are willing to pay.

Please note that most probably the judge will accept to remove the warrant of arrest in case you pay at least 60% of the outstanding amounts.

If you have any other queries you can reach us through Email or via Mobile.

I would appreciate it if you could leave your review and rate our advice if it helps you.

Thank you!

Best Regards,
