إنهاء الخدمة دون إخطار ومنع إلغاء التأشيرة
تم إنهاء خدمتي من دون أي إخطار من صاحب العمل، وما زالوا ممتنعين عن إلغاء تأشيرتي.

Thank you for reaching out to me on this.
Please note that the employer appears to have violated multiple provisions of the UAE Labor Law.
The employer ought to provide you notice before termination, and the termination ought to be for reasons enlisted in the UAE Labor Law.
Your termination is without any reason and hence deemed to be arbitrary termination for which the law provides you three months additional salary as compensation.
I suggest that you immediately file a labour case against the employer for compensation and cancellation of your visa.
The above advice is given on the presumption that your probation period is over.
