How can I claim my labor rights after being forced to resign if I left the UAE?

I worked as a Graphic Designer at a document-clearing service provider company three months ago. During my employment, I was not paid for more than a month.

When I inquired about the payment, my employer shouted at me and canceled my work permit on the same day without any notice.

Additionally, she sent a fake email from my official email account to herself apologizing for some unlawful act.

She called me to come and sort out my remaining dues, but instead, she misguided me to physically resign, which was a big mistake on my part as an employee.

Now, I would like to know what documentary evidence is required to file a complaint. I look forward to your prompt response.

I have all emails and other correspondences except the resignation copy I submitted physically.

Is it possible to complain while outside the UAE because as per policy, I had to exit the UAE in order to change my status?

I also kept snapshots of WhatsApp when she was harassing me.

You can use all these emails and WhatsApp messages as evidence to file a complaint.

I advise you to do the following:

First: Go to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation to register a labor complaint.

Second: Send a legal notice to the company informing them of the need to cancel your e-mail from the computer and that if it is used by any person, he will bear the legal responsibility.

Third: Wait until the Ministry of Labor responds to you, and after that, in the event of non-payment, you can file a court case.

But right now I am not in the UAE.
