Q: Hi Good morning, Regarding my labor case in Abu Dhabi, I got a judgment from the court last year April 2021. Till now, no action from the court. In this situation, what shall I do? My lawyer is also not able to do anything.

Q: I have received a judgment for an amount of more than AED 150k. Do I have to wait for the company to contact me to pay OR do they pay the court and the court will pay me? Do I have to wait for 30 days period and then file for execution? Or should we visit Al Adheed? Thanks

Q: Dear Sir, The case is finished and the judgment came 2 months ago. My employer deposited the money 50 days ago and my visa is canceled now. But I am not receiving the cheque from the court. I am illegal now as it's already been more than 3 months since my visa has expired. Do I have to pay a fine for staying on an expired visa? And when should I receive the cheque? They say I will get a message but it's been so long now and I am not getting any message or call. Kindly help and suggest
