Can I sue my new employer for asking me to do duties out my offer letter?

Hello,

I got a new employer who gave me an offer letter and told me to cancel my previous job.

After my cancellation, he changed and added me duties that were not in my offer letter.

When I refused to do them he said he couldn’t employ me because I can’t do what he is adding me to do.

I am in a situation where I don’t have a visa and I don’t have a job. What should I do?

Dear questioner

File a complaint in MOHRE on the reason for the job scam and if you have more evidence that shows you were offered the same previous job in the new company then you can also produce the same in MOHRE.

If not solved either with MOHRE or labor court, then you can try filing a civil suit against the Company. If you need further clarification, please share your Whatsapp number.
