Labor execution and its procedure to claim unpaid money

I have won a labour court case against my employer, however, it's over 6 months now and I am still unpaid.

My previous employer changed his license and also the office, but his office is at the same location. However, he has refused to pay.

I have the court order and execution, and I also have a court order to go to the Ministry of Human Resources instructing them or the bank to facilitate payment.

I would like to receive my payment within the shortest time.

I am willing to pay 3000 only after successfully receiving my money.

I assume that the execution notification is served and the procedures such as attaching assets, bank accounts, trade license...etc., are already made.

Have you filed an application to apprehend the manager of the company?

This is the last step in execution. Is the company active or already closed.

The company is closed but the manager open up a new office and the license which I have all proof and evidence he is operating another company presently and he is in Dubai.

Unfortunately, we cannot proceed against the new company.

But you can file an application for the apprehension of the manager of the company. Along with the application, you should produce the passport copy or Emirates ID of the manager of the company.
