How to file a request in court for the employer to pay for the court fees?

To start with, you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, simply by calling them.

Then if the case is settled, you will withdraw it or else you will submit a request to transfer the file to the Court.

The request can be done in 3 ways;

Either you can do it if you know how to use the system

Or you can do it through Al Adheed Center

Or at last, you can hire a lawyer to do it for you.
