How can the employer settle the accounts in labor cases?

How does the defendant (company) settle the accounts for labor cases?

Will the company approach me for the settlement or they will approach the execution court and settle there before I can get my money?

Your advice will clear the matter for me.

They can settle with you, or they can pay to the court. Both ways are the same for you, you will get your dues.

How long will they delay the settlements in court?

It has been 2 years and still, there is no progress in my execution case.

I have done the blocking of company bank accounts, trade license blocks, and seizure of company properties and vehicles.

Still, they are very stubborn to settle and pay the outstanding amounts as per the court decision and finality.

Please advise.

There are more procedures you can do to push them to pay, better go to a lawyer to do it.

I have done requests in the court for trade license block, bank accounts reservations and inquiry, company seizures for public auction of Head Office stuff and things and vehicles, company-owned properties but still no developments and settlements are done on their behalf.

And the court cannot compel them to settle immediately. It felt like the court has no power over this, so sad.

If they have a business, they will pay for sure. This procedure will push them to pay one day.
