I won the case against my employer for not paying my pending dues.
Ajman Court has sent them the notice on the amount to be paid in 15 days but till now 13 days have passed and there is no communication from the employer nor any response to my follow-up emails.
What if they fail to pay in that scenario? What action do I have to take?
Do I need to inform the court? If yes, then how can I inform it?
If the court takes legal action against them, then will I get any additional amount charging them the interest of something?

In order to enforce the judgment, the employee must go to the enforcement court and apply for enforcement of the judgment.
The enforcement court will then provide notice to the employer requesting the payment within 15 days of the notice service date.
Historically, it was a common practice for an employer to file objections and grievances for unnecessary delaying of payment as this would only be due after the courts had considered such requests.
As a means of securing the judgment debt, the enforcement court has the power to impose certain measures.
These include liens on bank accounts, stocks, shares, bonds, and any real or tangible assets the business owner may have in the UAE.
However, all the above-mentioned procedures may take several months to finally finish.
In an effort to address this reluctance to satisfy the rulings and ensure a speedy resolution of the cases, the Ministry of Labor (the “Ministry”) has introduced additional penalties for any UAE entity that fails to pay a judgment debt within a 15-day period.
