Can I renew my residence visa while facing a civil case?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a civil case against me, I couldn't pay the rent, and there's a travel ban on me. My residence visa is about to expire.

Can I still renew my residence visa and obtain a freelance visa?

Dear Questioner,

You must first cancel all executive measures taken against you so that you can renew your residency.

However, in any case, if your residency expires, you can then submit a certificate from the court stating that a case and execution have been registered against you, and the violations will be lifted from you after that.

We can cooperate with you in this regard. We are a law firm specializing in this type of case, we are always pleased and honored to cooperate with you.

For further inquiries about your topic, you can reach our office or contact us via email or WhatsApp.

Dear Inquirer,

We are pleased to serve you and address your inquiries.

You must submit a request to the enforcement judge and have it approved before you can renew.

If anything else is required, don’t hesitate to contact us via email or call our offices in Dubai or Sharjah.

Dear Questioner,

Yes, there are certain possibilities.

You can renew your visa by making a request of temporary ban removal so that your residence visa can be renewed, and based on the existing orders, your visa application will not be rejected.

The request has to be made to the court and we can provide you with the service as well.

Since it's temporary, the court will accept the same.
