The legal consequences on a person facing a civil case

Hello,

What do I need to do if I found out that I have a civil case?

Can I work in Dubai even if I have a civil case?

Dear

Even if you have a civil case, you can work in the country normally unless the judge has issued an arrest warrant against you.

In this case, it may affect you when you need to visit any police station or any government department for any reason.

Even if you need to renew your residence visa, you can't do that until you cancel the arrest warrant.

This arrest warrant is not issued directly in any case, just in specific ways and it needs a request from the other party to submit it to the judge, and it depends if the judge will accept it or not.

Dear Mr Mohammed,

Thank you very much for answers, I really appreciate it.

On a civil case do I need to hire a lawyer? Or I can face it by myself?

I don't have money to pay a lawyer since I do not work since my last case.

Regards,

Nel
