Do I have to compensate my employer if I resign during probation and what is the notice period?
Greetings!
Can I terminate my contract during my probation period?
As it's written in my contract that 3 months notice period is required for both parties when terminating the contract.
Also, it's written that I need to pay AED 6000 as a training fee if I would resign by my own willingness before 1 year.
My question is, can I resign during my probation period with one one-month notice period and without paying the compensation fee for training (6000 AED)?

Hi
Pursuant to your query, if you are resigning before 1 year, you will be obliged to pay the training cost as stipulated in your contract.
In addition, you will have to serve the notice period during the probation period as per your contract.
