Can I leave my job during probation period without paying training charges?

Dear Sir/Madam,

What if I resign from the company during my probation period?

My contract, Article 4, mentions that I have to pay 6,000 AED in training charges if I leave within one year of the contract.

My offer letter states that training charges will be compensated, if incurred.

Will I be able to leave the company, or can they file a case against me?

Dear Questioner,

If there is no training at a training center or company, and the company does not pay for them, the company has no right to charge you for something that did not happen.

The trainings were done online. So will I have to pay the cash for leaving?

And what can I do if after submitting my resignation, the company says that they don't want me to work with them anymore like for the notice period?

Will I get paid for that period or not?

Dear,

The company doesn't have the right to file a case against you as long as you abide by the employment contract clauses.

For example, serving the stipulated notice period, paying the training charges, etc.

Regards,

Dear questioner,

If your contract provides for the payment of an amount if you leave work within a year, the full amount must be paid before leaving the company if the desire is on your part.

The document that you have recently signed will be valid. So, the contract will take place.

You better settle with your employer. If he agrees then there will be no issue.
