Can I go for Hajj while having an outstanding loan in the UAE?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I discovered an AED 158,000 police case at Al Raffa Police Station in Dubai, and the crime description is "giving a cheque without balance in bad faith."

Actually, I took a loan in 2018, and then, due to job circumstances, I left the UAE. Can you please help me in two ways?

First, let me know if I need to pay this amount to enter the UAE, as I remember I also left some card payments unresolved.

Second, can I go for Hajj in the upcoming session, and will this have any impact if I take a direct flight?

Dear Questioner,

You have to settle all outstanding loans and unpaid amounts to enter into UAE, because there is a higher possibility of issuing a potential travel ban against you restricting your entering to the UAE.

The likelihood of facing actions against you in Saudi Arabia is minimal.

However, it is recommended to verify the existence of any bans that may restrict your entry into Saudi Arabia.

Hi Mr, Ebid,

How to check if there is any ban in Saudi Arabia?

Dear Questioner,

In response to your queries,

1. You need to either pay the outstanding amount or reach to an agreement with the bank for a settlement plan to avoid any legal difficulties.

2. If the ban imposed on you is not a GCC ban, you may travel to Saudi Arabia.

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns regarding the police case at Al Raffa Police Station in Dubai.

I understand the gravity of the situation, and I'm here to provide you with guidance on the matter.

With respect to your inquiries, kindly note that:

- Payment Obligations and Reentry to UAE

Given the nature of the police case related to a bounced cheque, it's crucial to address this matter appropriately. If there is a legal obligation to pay the mentioned amount, settling the outstanding dues is advisable before planning a reentry to the UAE.

Unresolved legal matters can potentially affect your ability to enter the country smoothly. To provide you with accurate advice tailored to your specific situation, I recommend scheduling a consultation to discuss the details further.

- Impact on Hajj Travel:

The presence of a police case can potentially pose challenges, especially during international travel. It's essential to resolve legal matters before planning any trips to ensure a seamless journey.

Regarding your inquiry about Hajj, undertaking such a pilgrimage with an unresolved legal case may have implications, and it's advisable to address the situation beforehand.

I would be happy to discuss your case in more detail during a consultation. Please feel free to reach out to me via WhatsApp or phone to schedule a suitable time.

I am here to provide you with the legal guidance and support you need.

To enter into UAE, we have to check whether any travel restrictions has been imposed on your name.

Hire a lawyer to conduct a complete check on a possible travel ban and arrest warrant imposed on you in the United Arab Emirates.

Submit the required documents and get results of the check online without visiting UAE government authorities personally at a charge of 290$.

After getting the results, we will discuss the possibilities.

If the case has been filed by the bank, then there are possibilities to negotiate with them and ask for a settlement for a lesser amount.

And if they filed any report with the police, we will request to clear those penalties.

We can provide you the service as well. Share your WhatsApp number if you want to go with the services.
