Closed business, bounced cheques: Passport ban and family implications?

Dear Sir/Madam,

If a person had a business in Dubai and wound up the business, but some security cheques were in his name and bounced, would there be a travel ban on his passport?

Additionally, would the visit of his son or family be affected or implicated in any way?

Dear Questioner,

You can conduct a check on your current status in the UAE and you will know whether you have a case or a travel ban on you.

Family members can't be affected unless they are added as signatories or guarantees.

If you have more questions or wish to obtain a service, you may contact us.

Thank you!

Dear Questioner,

Yes, there will be a ban on his travel and exit from the UAE if the beneficiary of the check takes legal action against him.

His parents are never affected by his legal problems, everyone is responsible for his actions, not others.

Dear Questioner,

These are considered as an individual liability. From the explanation you have given, there would be some possible travel ban against him.

First, we will check if there is any ban against him for a charge of 290$. The ban affects only the person against whom it was issued and is not transferable to anyone.

Share your WhatsApp number if you want to go with the services.

When a person's checks bounce, a travel ban will be imposed on him. This restriction applies solely to the person involved and does not extend to their family.

The travel ban will not be removed until the matter is resolved. It is better to check if there is any travel ban and we are here to help you.

The charge for travel ban checking will be 290$. Do confirm and share your WhatsApp number if you want to proceed.

Dear client,

There is a possibility of having a travel ban due to the bounced cheque.

Family & relatives can visit without any issues as long as they don't have any active cases against them. The bounced cheque will not affect them unless it's in their names.
