Are my children responsible for a bounced cheque issued by me?

Dear Questioner,
Please note that you are solely responsible for any cheques signed by you.
If a cheque has been issued in bad faith, the criminal liability of any such offence lies on the shoulders of the signatory of the cheque alone.
Even if there are more than one signatory, whoever signed the cheque has the liability to honour the same.
Hope the above explanation could give you a better idea on the subject.
Thank you.
