Can a case be filed against the family of a drawer of bounced cheque?
If my cheque is bounced and there is a case filed by the person who's received the bounced cheque and I already have a travel ban, will the person be able to file a case against my family too?
I have a partner visa and I am sponsoring my family.

I understand your cheque has been dishonored and there is already a case filed by the person who was supposed to receive the payment and further you also have a travel ban.
To answer your main question: NO, a case will be filed only against the person who signed the cheque which was subsequently dishonored and not against the family.
