Police record inspection after leaving the UAE with a small debt

Please advise if you can assist me.
I would like to have a police check done. I was based in Dubai between 2008-2012.
I left with a small car rental debt (approx AED 9000), which I have subsequently paid back. The company assures me that they have cleared the police case. I have a letter from them confirming that.
How can I be sure of this? Can you assist? What are your fees for this?
We are due to travel to India in Dec, transit through Dubai, hence my request.

Please note that we need to undertake an inspection of police records to ascertain if there is any police case against you or not.
The letter from the rental company about clearance is not sufficient as you need a clearance letter from the Police giving you a clean chit.
