Dear questioner,

Yes, you can resign from your job in Ajman after 5 months. The UAE Labor Law does not require you to complete a probation period before resigning.

However, you will need to give your employer notice (30 days) in writing of your intention to resign.

If you fulfill the notice period required, they cannot charge you any penalties for resigning early.

Please feel free to reach out to me via email if you have any further questions.

Dear Questioner,

First, you are required to review the employment contract and go through the terms of the contract.

Please check whether you have finished your probation period.

If you are still in the probation period, you are not required to reimburse any of the charges or payments.

You can leave after serving the notice period.
