Solution to resign and travel back to home country
Hi Ma'am.
My name is A. K. I am from India. I am working in a manpower supply company.
I came to the UAE on Jan 26.1.2021. My work started on 24.2.2021 and my visa is a limited visa.
But my visa approval after the medical date was 2.6.2021, four months after the company arranged the medical.
Now I gave a resignation letter but they rejected my resignation letter. I want to go to India, what do I do Ma'am?
Please give some solution.

Please be noted that your employment relationship starts from the date you sign the offer letter of the company.
Please note that by offer letter I mean the offer letter issued by MoHRE.
If you are resigning under probation period you may probably face an employment ban.
If you are breaking a limited contract, you will be liable to compensate the employer by paying him 45 days' salary.
