With reference to your inquiry, kindly be informed that, as per the given info, you shall definitely be entitled to a refund.

However, we do require reviewing the relevant SPA, as well as having a meeting at our premises so as to discuss the matter further.

It is worth mentioning that there is a special committee for cancelled projects, which is solely in charge of handling all the disputes arising out of those projects.
