A real estate project is on hold for 14 years. How to get the money back?

Dear sir/madam,

I have an apartment and the project is on hold for a very long time (about 14 years).

Our project is on the list of "Canceled Real Estate Projects" (in the list of 1st Liquidation Committee) and my money is stuck in this.

How can I get the money back?

If your apartment is on the list of canceled projects, then you should open a case file in the Dubai land department and follow up on the case through special committees formed for this purpose.
