Cancelled projects and getting an update on the property
I bought a real estate unit more than 3 years ago.
The project has been cancelled and at the cancelled real estate project committee in Dubai Courts for more than a year.
I don't know how to follow up with them as they are not responding to my calls or emails.

It is common for investors of cancelled projects not to get an accurate update on the real estate committee's plans to refund the investors.
At this point, you may consider seeking assistance to follow up with the status of the amounts held by the land department on the account of the project.
It is not necessarily legal assistance as the orders and decisions are mostly in the hand of the liquidation committee.
