Is it illegal to report someone's bad behavior to his employer in the UAE?

He's making too much noise late at night causing a disturbance to another room outside the company's premises.

I will take a video of their loud activity and email it to the HR of his employer.

No. Write your message politely, ask them to stop bothering you, and send a video of sounds only, no people, or people's voices.

Dear Client,

Thanks for your question, I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.

Reporting someone's disruptive behavior to their employer in the UAE is not illegal.

Taking a video of their loud activity and emailing it to HR is generally acceptable as long as you respect privacy laws and only capture what is necessary to convey the issue.

You can file a complaint in this regard to the police station.

You can attach the video files with the complaint as evidence of public nuisance.
