Is there any law regarding the nuisance caused by neighbors in the resting time?

Are there any rules and regulations in Abu Dhabi that forbid the tenants to create disturbing sounds such as drilling, and other maintenance-related jobs on the weekends at their homes?

I can not find any resources online. I appreciate it if someone could provide an answer.

There are certain rules and regulations that are to be followed by the Tenants.

However, weekends have not been specifically stated anywhere.

You are advised to follow your building/community rules and regulations for such jobs.

I have reported neighbors who are drilling all weekends and have even called the police.

Police came and said there are no rules that prevent the neighbors to do drilling on weekends and the community management also says that there are no rules that prevent people from doing such things.

I was surprised to know this and that’s why I asked the question here to be sure whether this information is correct or not.
