Can I pass through Dubai airport transit while flying to KSA if I have unpaid overstay fines?

Good morning,

I don't have a job for 2 months here in Dubai and got fines for 25 days overstay. And I have an offer and flight schedule next week to Saudi Arabia.

My question is, can I transit to Saudi Arabia if I never pay my overstay fines here in Dubai?

Thank you,

Looking forward for your response.

Dear Client,

Thanks for your question, I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.

Transiting through Dubai to Saudi Arabia with outstanding overstay fines is generally not advisable.

Immigration authorities might prevent you from departing or even entering Dubai on your way to Saudi Arabia.

It's important to settle your overstay fines before traveling to avoid any complications at the airport.

Contact the immigration department to inquire about your fine and make arrangements for payment before your departure.

For any further legal assistance, you can WhatsApp us. We have an extensive team of knowledgeable and experienced lawyers to provide the legal assistance you need.

Sorry to tell you that you will not be allowed to leave from the airport until you pay your fines.
