How can I clear my absconding case and leave the country if the employer refuses?

2
Q: Dear Sir/Madam,
I was working with a company in Abu Dhabi. My visa was canceled on 26-10-2022 and my grace period expired on 26-12-2023. I could not depart the country due to an active case against me.
I cleared the court-imposed fine on 26-01-2023 and received a clearance letter. Then I approached immigration to pay my overstay fine to exit the country.
But the immigration officer advised me to clear my absconding with the employer first then go to pay or reduce the overstay fines which I'm completely not aware of.
Then I approached my employer to give me a NOC or lift the absconding case against me and I agreed to pay any associated charges.
But my ex-employer refused to clear my absconding case and told me that they can't do anything in this matter and were advised to take out a pass to exit the country.
Based on my above statement, please advise me to remove my case and return to the UAE for future employment opportunities.
Kind regards,
A. A.

How to remove an absconding case filed by my company that closed without notifying us?

9
Q: I was working with a company and it was closed without giving us any notice or document. I’m still under their visa and it’s gonna expire next month.
So I contacted the ministry of labor to ask for their help and get the cancellation paper because the company closed and all the contact numbers not working.
Then the labor sent me a cancellation paper asking me to take it to immigration and get the cancellation. When I went to the immigration, they said I have an absconding case.
But I’m still on the company visa and they are the one closed everything without informing us.
What can I do to this case and how to remove absconding from my side because I didn’t do anything wrong?

View allHow can I reverse the Bitcoin scam transation if I just lost everything in a flash loan attack? 0
DeFi was going to be the future of finance, open, trustless, unstoppable. I was completely on board, planting yields like some kind of digital Johnny Appleseed.
My collateral secured with Bitcoin was humming along on my favorite lending platform, earning me passive income while I slept. In came the flash loan attack.
One moment, I had six figures securely staked; the next, my positions were liquidated at the speed of regret. My loans, my collateral, my well-thought-out portfolio, poof.
Panic came faster than an Ethereum gas spike. I scanned Twitter, hoping it was FUD. Not a chance. Smart contract compromised. Funds stolen. The protocol team acted swiftly to do something, but damage was already done.
