Q: Dear sir/madam,
I signed an offer letter with my employer which clearly stated my probation period to be 90 days.
Yesterday, about two weeks after my 90-day probation period was completed, I was asked by my manager if I would accept extending my probation by another 90 days.
Is this legal?
And if I refuse and get terminated, what compensation will I be entitled to?

I got terminated during probation and can't take a new offer as they hold my passport

Q: I'm here in Sharjah on my visit visa, and I got a job in a company. But after 2 months and 19 days, they refused to continue my job.
I'm okay with it, but they are not giving me my salary, and they have my passport also. My visa is going to expire on January 4, 2023, as I already informed them.
I also have an offer letter. what can I do now?

I have been terminated from my job within 3 months of my probation and they asked me to sign the letter which I already signed.
They gave me 15 days' notice and told me that they will pay for the last working day in the company, is it right?
