I have an absconding case from my previous employer. It was due to the traffic fines I had on my ID.
Later, I paid those fines, but now my employer has refused to remove the absconding case.
I need some advice.

I have an absconding case on which I have already managed with my sponsor due to not leaving the country, however, they have requested to pay them a penalty to remove the case which I did but now I have overstay fines.
So I went to them again after paying the fines for removing the absconding as they have advised me to proceed with removing the absconding case that I will have to clear my overstay fines first.
So they gave me a copy of the NOC that there is no objection in removing the absconding from immigration and applying for a waiver.
My question is, will my petition to discount waiver be accepted even though I do have an absconding case on me and will this NOC work or not?
I also have several reasons for overstaying as there weren’t flights back then when Covid was at the high peak and I had my passport getting renewed which I also have a letter from the embassy stating that.

Please advise me what to do for my sister. She's on abscond and overstay and we tried hard with the sponsor to remove the abscond that we are willing to pay for the fee and apply for overstay fine reduction.
The sponsor refused (in Ajman). What can we do?
She wants to pay her fine and get her visa and live a free life in Dubai but the problem is the person who absconded her.

I am seeking legal advice regarding an unpaid salary issue with my former employer, [-----]2 LLC. I was employed with them from December 4, 2024, to January 7, 2025, on a monthly salary of 5,000 AED.
However, I only received a partial payment of 2,473 AED on February 24, 2025. The remaining 2,527 AED is still unpaid.
I submitted a complaint to MOHRE on March 2, 2025, but I am unable to proceed further through their official channels.
This is because I was working under the visa of my previous employer, [---] LLC, and not under [----]’s sponsorship.
As a result, I do not meet the criteria to file a labor complaint via the MOHRE app or hotline.
Given this situation, I would appreciate your guidance on how I can legally pursue the recovery of my remaining salary, considering the complications related to my visa status during the employment.
