I need legal advice about my case to the procedure for removing absconding

You must submit a request for mercy and cancellation of the circular to the same authority that issued the circular and submit a request to the Ministry of Labor to cancel the absconding report submitted against you and prove the sponsor's violation.

In order to remove absconding, it is advisable to approach your old employer to reach a settlement.

If it is reached then obtain a new offer letter (obtained by the Ministry of Labor) and a NOC letter from the old employer.

You should then visit immigration and submit these documents to apply for absconding removal.

If your previous employer filed for absconding when you resigned in a legal manner and served your notice period, then you can submit a complaint with proof to the Ministry of Labor.
