Can I get a temporary work permit while a labor court case is pending?

My labor card and visa got expired as the previous company is not willing to cancel them.

I have an offer letter from a new company that wants me to join as soon as possible.

What do you mean the court case is pending?

If it's in the court already you can submit a request to the judge for a temporary work permit, otherwise, you can't.
