What happens to a work permit status after winning a labor case?

My work permit was canceled after I won a labor case against my employer. They now want to appeal the decision. What will happen to my work permit status?

You should refer to the Ministry of Labor in the emirate in which you reside, as it is the authority concerned with issuing work permits
